He said, “I was leaving for Dubai from Mumbai today via Vistara flight UK-201 flight. I had a very bad experience at the check in counter. Vistara was downing my ticket class even though the tickets were already confirmed.
Pathan further said, “I had to wait for 1.5 hours at the counter itself. I was accompanied by my wife, my 8 month old child and a 5 year old child. He too had to face the same bad experience at the check-in counter as me.

Pathan claimed that apart from him, other passengers also faced similar problems. The behavior of the ground staff was very bad. I don’t know why they sold more tickets than the capacity, that too without the consent of the management. Some action should be taken in this matter soon.
Pathan said that no passenger should go through such an experience at the airport. Pathan has demanded from Vistara to take very strict action on such cases.
