Users may choose up to 20 images and videos from the Google Chat media picker to transmit all at once.
The tech giant has previously revealed that it is beginning the transition of free, individual Hangouts users to Chat.
Users who want to save a copy of their Hangouts data are advised to utilise Google Takeout to download it before Hangouts is discontinued in November of this year.
By switching to Google Chat, users will be able to edit Docs, Slides, or Sheets side-by-side, facilitating collaboration while maintaining the discussion, according to Google. Additionally, it has Spaces, a location designated for cooperation on specific topics.
